Cal will start off ranked No. 8 as the host site is favored to return to the National Team Indoor. Its top players are freshman Denise Starr (No. 15) and Zsofi Susanyi (No. 16) plus Anett Schutting at No. 26. Starr and Suasnyi are Cal’s only ranked doubles team at No. 48. Susanyi and Schutting were both ranked high in the ITA Preseason Rankings, at No. 4 and No. 5 respectively.

UNLV’s Lucia Batta is one to watch, as she won the USTA/ITA Mountain Regional Championships singles title and won a round at the 2013 USTA/ITA National Indoor Intercollegiate Championships. The Runnin’ Rebels are ranked No. 50 in the ITA Team Rankings.
No. 43 Washington returns its full squad which went 13-9 last season while Katie Le (No. 35) with her 12-3 fall record, leads No. 66 Santa Clara in their attempt to contend the National Team Indoors.
