The No. 6 Trojans feature preseason No. 1 Sabrina Santamaria (No. 13) will look to get back on track after injuries affected her during the fall. She and partner Kaitlyn Christian (No. 33) are multiple major winners and a lack of play has affected their rankings to date. The formidable Trojans also have a pair of top 10 doubles teams in Brynn Boren and Zoe Katz (No. 3) who were the consolation winners of the 2013 USTA/ITA National Indoor Intercollegiate Championships. Guiliana Olmos and Zoe Scandalis and ranked No. 7.
Senior Jenny Jullien (No. 7) of Saint Mary’s will look to lead the No. 37 Gaels with her strong 11-4 fall record an eight ranked wins. Utah (No. 58) is led by its top player, No. 107 Tereza Bekerova and the doubles team of Paige Miles and Bekerova who were doubles champions at the USTA/ITA Mountain Regional Championships. The fourth team is North Texas (No. 60), who will look to show its mettle after the team went 18-5 record in 2012-2013.
